StepupNepal is a (501c) non profit organization, registered in the United States and based in Fairfax, Virginia.

StepupNepal’s core areas of focus include: occupational health, safety, and environment (OHSE); health and medicine; and information technology.

We are committed to working in partnership with the government, industries, NGOs/INGOs, and subject matter experts (SME) to ensure compliance with regulatory bodies. We understand that formulating laws and regulations, and drafting specific standards and guidelines are crucial to achieving our mission. Particularly, in the area of OHSE, we will work to create qualified SMEs who can execute these standards and guidelines through the implementation of ‘environmental health and safety management’ systems, such as the ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.

We believe that disseminating information and providing training to relevant stakeholders is essential for achieving our objectives. Therefore, we work diligently to offer training and professional development opportunities to individuals engaged in fields related to our core areas.

We remain committed to making a positive impact on Nepal and Nepalis by contributing to these key areas. We promote unity and cooperation among individuals and organizations involved in these core areas through research, planning, evaluation, and policy analysis. We strive to contribute to the policy making process and foster capacity building in these core areas in Nepal.
