Ichaya Dhungel KC is currently working as an EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) Business Regional Manager in Asheville, NC. She was born and raised in Nepal; and holds a master’s degree in Environmental, Health and Safety. She is multi-talented EHS professional with 15 plus years of experience in manufacturing environment. She is compassionate, well versed, and highly effective at developing, executing and directing key improvements to enable business enhancements and growth. She has experience leading integration/acquisition efforts, managing complex manufacturing sites with environmental and safety regulation, developing talented team/function etc. She recently served as a national leader for SOAR (Strengthening our Asian Resource iERG) to drive Inclusion and Diversity effort. She holds several certification pertaining to Environmental, Health and Safety and currently serving as Board Member for Aid Quality Department, Buncombe County, Asheville, NC.
